REQUIRED INFORMATION TO REGISTER You will need the following information to register: Payor Name Payor Address (Address 1, Address 2, City, State, ZIP, Country, E-mail) Social Security Number Depository Number or Child Support Case Number   Bank name, account number, bank routing number

* If you have multiple court case numbers or Child Support Case numbers, only one is needed to register.
